Park Rules

Users are responsible for acting responsibly to protect their own health and safety, as well as that of those in their care, especially minors, whom they must supervise at all times, and that of other visitors.

In this regard, users must comply with all rules, instructions, warnings, and recommendations, and use the facilities of the Fun Street Park Málaga Inflatable Park appropriately, respecting the instructions provided by our staff.

It is essential that users responsible for minors or people with disabilities who cannot read or adequately understand the rules and warnings explain them and remind them when necessary, without prejudice to the Park staff providing the necessary assistance.

Each user agrees to maintain civil and respectful behavior towards other visitors and the staff of Fun Street Park Málaga.

Those users who, in the opinion of the staff of Fun Street Park Málaga, violate the rules, act irresponsibly or disrespectfully towards other visitors or staff, may be expelled without the right to a refund. Furthermore, Fun Street Park Málaga reserves the right to report such conduct to the competent authorities.

Although fun is the goal of Fun Street Park Málaga and all necessary permits are in place, participation in the park, like any physical activity, involves known and unknown RISKS, such as falls, improper landings, or collisions with other participants. This can cause injuries, including fractures, dislocations, paralysis, permanent disabilities, or even death.

Despite these risks, by participating in Fun Street Park Málaga, you and any minor under your care expressly and voluntarily accept the risks of the activity, releasing the company that manages Fun Street Park Málaga from any liability for damages suffered, unless due to the park’s sole negligence.

Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, or any substance that may affect health, reflexes, coordination, or mental capacity is strictly prohibited.

Participation is also prohibited if you suffer or have suffered from any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health problem that may be aggravated by using the park or the activity, including—but not limited to—heart, neurological, Muscular, bone, joint, tendon, or ligament injuries, as well as any other illness or injury.

The park should not be used if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, convalescing from an illness, or undergoing recent medical treatment.

Fun Street Park Málaga reserves the right to refuse admission or expel any person who violates the rules or is found in any of the following situations:

• Serious disturbance of the peace within the park or its facilities, or the commission of any crime or offense.
• Improper use of tickets; only those purchased from authorized points of sale are valid.
• Persons who are visibly intoxicated or under any circumstance that may disturb the peace or security of the park.
• Acts of vandalism or damage to the facilities of Fun Street Park Málaga.
• Conduct that disturbs or seriously harms the experience of other visitors.
