For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the terms indicated below shall have the meanings ascribed to them below.

Each ticket voucher or booking code is unique and may not be modified, reproduced, or reused unless expressly authorized otherwise.

1. In accordance with the regulations governing the sale of tickets for public performances and recreational activities, there is no right of withdrawal.

Once tickets have been purchased, no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted, except through the enabled cancellation or exchange system, which allows a 100% refund of the ticket price(s) if requested up to 24 hours before the event. 1. For online purchases, users will receive tickets in PDF format via email, and this document will be valid for entry to the venue.
2. The only valid reason for a refund is cancellation prior to the start of the session. When applicable, the refund may be issued via vouchers or substitute coupons, always excluding service or management fees.
3. No refund will be issued if the cancellation or modification occurs after the session has started or due to force majeure.
4. Fun Street Park Málaga reserves the right, for technical, artistic, or force majeure reasons, to modify the production, dates, times, or programs announced.
5. Fun Street Park Málaga prohibits the resale of tickets and only guarantees the validity of those purchased through official channels. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels will not be valid and may result in legal liability.

1. Personal Requirements. Contracts with Fun Street Park Málaga are intended for end customers over 16 years of age for their own use or for the use of persons they are legally authorized to represent. Distributors, agencies, and other professional intermediaries are excluded.

Participation is also prohibited if you suffer or have suffered from any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health problem that may be aggravated by using the park or the activity, including—but not limited to—heart, neurological, Muscular, bone, joint, tendon, or ligament injuries, as well as any other illness or injury.

The park should not be used if you are pregnant, in post-operative recovery, convalescing from any illness, or undergoing recent medical treatment.

Fun Street Park Málaga reserves the right to refuse admission and expel any person who violates the rules or is in any of the following situations:

• Serious disturbance of the peace within the park or its facilities, or the commission of any crime or offense.
• Misuse of tickets; only those purchased from authorized points of sale are valid.
• Persons who are visibly intoxicated or under any circumstances that may disturb the peace or security of the park.
• Acts of vandalism or damage to the facilities of Fun Street Park Málaga.
• Conduct that disturbs or seriously harms the experience of other visitors.
